These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77bdd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at 77bdd.io and all associated subdomains, mobile web applications, and related services. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of 77bdd following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

77bdd operates as an offshore online betting and casino platform. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal, financial, or regulatory advice. It is your responsibility to seek independent advice if you are uncertain whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account on the 77bdd platform associated with a unique username and verified identity.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 77bdd that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds into a player's account via a supported payment method.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a player's account back to the player's verified payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of qualifying bets that must be placed with bonus funds before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all operational purposes by 77bdd.

Use of the 77bdd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77bdd enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed, all funds returned where legally permissible, and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and third-party agents may not register accounts on 77bdd.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 77bdd or any of its affiliated game suppliers.
• You must not already hold an open account on 77bdd. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful. Players located in Prohibited Territories may not use 77bdd.

To access all features of the 77bdd platform, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 77bdd is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 77bdd support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] so that the account can be secured.

77bdd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Identity verification may be required at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, or at any time during the life of an account at the sole discretion of 77bdd.

Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document confirming date of birth confirming the player is aged 21 or above.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence addressed to the player's registered address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet used for deposits.

77bdd reserves the right to place a hold on pending withdrawal requests until the KYC process is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request may result in account restriction or closure.

77bdd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated at the time of deposit where relevant.

Deposits are credited to a player's account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 77bdd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in the same name as the 77bdd player account.

77bdd does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or card provider may apply their own charges independently of 77bdd. Players are responsible for checking any applicable third-party fees before initiating a transaction.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must not use those funds and must notify 77bdd support immediately. Any winnings generated from erroneously credited funds will be void.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Target processing time of up to 24 hours from approval. 77bdd aims to complete mobile wallet withdrawals within this window during standard operating hours (BST).
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

77bdd reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal. Where such documentation is requested, the processing clock pauses until the documentation is received and reviewed.

Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed the KYC verification process. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively at registration rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.

Any active bonus funds in your account at the time of a withdrawal request are subject to the bonus terms in force at the time. Real-money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately; only the real-money portion may be withdrawn.

77bdd offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
• Only bets placed using bonus funds that meet the minimum odds requirement (as stated per promotion) will count toward the wagering requirement. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates will be listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of issue. Any unmet wagering requirements at the point of expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

All sports bets placed on 77bdd are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bets are only accepted on markets that are currently open. 77bdd reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time for operational, technical, or integrity reasons.
• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player after placement, except where a Cash Out feature is offered and the player exercises it within the permitted window.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), 77bdd reserves the right to void any bets placed on the incorrect odds, whether or not the bet has settled. Players will receive a full refund of the stake for voided bets.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market. These limits will be displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned or reduced in overs, applicable rules for the specific format (Test, ODI, T20) will determine how markets settle. Full details are available in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform.
• 77bdd monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with match-fixing, collusion, or abuse of the platform. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be closed and the matter may be reported to relevant sporting authorities.

All casino games available on 77bdd — including slots, live dealer tables, and other RNG-based games — are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others. The rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and paytable information for each game are determined by the respective game studio and displayed within the game interface.

77bdd does not alter or override the RNG outcomes of any casino game. All game results are generated independently by the game studio's certified systems. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection, server errors, or game crashes — the following rules apply:

• If a malfunction causes a game round to be interrupted before a result is determined, the stake for that round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• If a malfunction occurs after a result is determined but before it is displayed, the result as recorded on the game server will stand.
• In the event of a displayed win that is inconsistent with the game rules (e.g., a win that exceeds the mathematically possible maximum for that game), the platform reserves the right to void the win and return the stake only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77bdd platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals, or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including exploiting loopholes, creating fake accounts for referral bonuses, or systematically hedging bonus bets to guarantee risk-free withdrawal.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77bdd staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or any system component of the 77bdd platform.

A player may request to close their account at any time by contacting the 77bdd support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of open bets and any applicable processing fees will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC being complete.

77bdd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false registration information or failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or any other criminal activity.
• Identification of underage gambling.
• Account activity inconsistent with the player's stated source of funds.
• Player request under the self-exclusion or responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 77bdd reserves the right to void any bets placed during the period of breach and to forfeit any balance held in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

77bdd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing every player with the tools needed to stay in control of their betting activity. The following self-management tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a defined period. Loss limits follow the same immediacy rules as deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to secure their credentials.

• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by players on the basis of information published on the platform, including promotional content, game descriptions, or odds explanations.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform. Gambling carries inherent financial risk. 77bdd does not guarantee any return on bets placed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data on the 77bdd platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

In summary, 77bdd collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. Data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. 77bdd does not sell personal data to third parties. 77bdd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 77bdd will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with each active player account.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77bdd holds its offshore operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 77bdd platform shall first be referred to the 77bdd customer support team for informal resolution. Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for 77bdd to investigate and respond before escalating the matter further.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the 14-day period, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by 77bdd at the time of the dispute. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
